Add all ingredients in the order your bread machine suggests. Usually liquids, salt, flour, and yeast in a well in the flour.
Select the dough cycle on the bread machine. I try to keep a close eye on the dough. If the dough is crumbly, I'll add a little more water. If the dough seems sticky, I'll add a bit more flour. You want the dough to make a nice, shiny ball when it's mixing in the bread machine.
Once the dough cycle is complete separate the dough into two greased loaf pans. Cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm place, until the dough has almost doubled in size.
Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes or until golden brown
