Crustless Cherry Tomato & Sausage Quiche

An easy, garden-fresh quiche with cherry tomatoes, sausage, eggs, and cheese. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 small onion diced (optional)
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried basil or oregano
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  • Cook sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain grease.
  • Slice cherry tomatoes and blot if juicy.
  • Layer sausage, tomatoes, onion, and cheese in the pie dish.
  • Whisk eggs, cream, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Pour over filling.
  • Bake 35–40 minutes, until golden and set.
  • Rest 5–10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs.
