Crustless Cherry Tomato & Sausage Quiche
An easy, garden-fresh quiche with cherry tomatoes, sausage, eggs, and cheese. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dinner.

sausage

cherry tomatoes
halved

small onion
diced (optional)

large eggs

cup
heavy cream
1 ½
cups
shredded cheese
½
tsp
garlic powder
½
tsp
dried basil or oregano
Salt & pepper
to taste
Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
Cook sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain grease.
Slice cherry tomatoes and blot if juicy.
Layer sausage, tomatoes, onion, and cheese in the pie dish.
Whisk eggs, cream, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Pour over filling.
Bake 35–40 minutes, until golden and set.
Rest 5–10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs.
