August 2026 scripture writing plan - Sunshine Valley WV

Welcome to a new month and a new opportunity to spend time in God’s Word.

For the August 2026 scripture writing plan, we’re continuing through the New Testament with selected verses from the book of Romans.

After reading through the book of Acts last month and seeing the Gospel spread throughout the early church, Romans helps us understand the incredible truths behind that message. Throughout this letter, we’re reminded of God’s grace, the hope we have in Christ, and what it looks like to live a life that honors Him.

Although Romans is a deep and theologically rich book, these daily verses provide simple reminders that encourage us to trust the Lord, walk by faith, and rest in His promises.

As always, my prayer is that these monthly Scripture writing plans help you slow down and spend a few quiet moments with the Lord each day. One verse may not seem like much, but over time those small, faithful moments in God’s Word begin to shape our hearts.

Why I Continue to Write Scripture

One of my favorite things about Scripture writing is how simple it is.

There have been seasons when I didn’t have the time or energy for an in-depth Bible study, but I could always spend a few minutes reading and writing a single verse.

Those quiet moments have helped me stay rooted in God’s Word through busy seasons of homemaking, raising a family, and the ordinary responsibilities of everyday life.

If you’ve been writing along each month, thank you for joining me. It has been such a blessing to know that women from all over are opening their Bibles and spending time with the Lord together.

One verse.
One day.
One faithful step at a time.
